The USB section of my black DIY Visualight is dead - how do I get a replacement?
The main board had come loose inside the 3D printed housing when it arrived so I plugged that back in. When it screwed the light into a lamp it didn't glow blue and there were no status lights on the Arduino board. I checked and double checked I had the lamp switched on.
So next I pulled the lamp apart and tested the Arduino board in my laptop and it worked fine. Tried it in one of my USB chargers and it worked fine in that.
Next I tried charging my cellphone from the Visualight USB and got nothing.
So I'm pretty sure the USB charger is dead.
How do I request a replacement? (Sorry if I've missed some obvious support link.)
The light is cool though!
