i am able to get my led strip to the connect back to your network i do and the strip goes from blue to white but it still says
Success! Now switch your WiFi back
Waiting for Wifi Connection -
and has been in this mode for over a hour have tried the reset and it will never make it past this point i use chrome and have tried firefox

I am able to connect my laptop to the Visualight SSID and enter the main wifi SSID and password. When I submit the form I get the "Success! Switch your WiFi back to [MAIN WIFI]" alert. I switch my laptop back to the main wifi connection, but the screen never progresses. The Visualight shines a solid white. I've tried in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.

Rian, It sounds like the final server request is failing. Can you check out something for me in Chrome? Reset your strip and try the setup process again but before you begin open up the Javascript console in Chrome. This is in the View->Developer->Javascript Console Menu. As you setup your strip you should see some logs in the window. When the problem occurs copy the logs and email them to leif@visualight.org Leif i am able to get my led strip to the connect back to your network i do and the strip goes from blue to white but it still says Success! Jason, It sounds like there is another person with a similar issue so I merged the threads Here's what I suggest: Reset your strip and try the setup process again but before you begin open up the Javascript console in Chrome. Seems like there was a bug that if your Visualight had already been registered to your account the setup would hang. Should be fixed now but I also added a force connect button "Im already connected! Make it happen!"

Okay great! That did it. But now I'm having problems sending alerts to the bulb. Switching to another thread for that.
